....With Buyers
- We are dedicated to provide the best service to our clients.
- We give our loyalty to each of our clients and ask that they do the same to us. We earn a living by helping people with life transitions.

- We strive to satisfy our clients and hope we make the buying process a pleasant one.
- Moving can be extremely stressful and we try to help our clients handle the stress. This frees them up to decorate and dream about the future in their new home.
- During the home shopping process we listen carefully to our clients to keep the looking time reasonable. It's a hard decision picking out a new home and can sometimes be overwhelming. We try to help by keeping the client's priorities in mind.
- The Internet is a great tool for previewing homes. With virtual tours
and multiple pictures everyone can look inside and out to determine if the home is a contender to see in person.
- The Internet also gives us the ability to stay in touch with our clients at all times of the night and day. That works both ways.
- After the home is picked out we start the negotiating process. This can take a while or be over in a matter of days.
- We represent the buyers in a Buyer's Agency. This gives our clients a "peace of mind" that they are fully informed and can make the right decision for themselves.
- The escrow period is after contract and before closing. This is when all the inspections are done, appraisal, and any negotiations for repairs happen.
- We over see this process and forward all paperwork with explanations to our clients. This is usually where the most stress occurs. Our hope is to keep our clients so well informed they are comfortable with the process.
- Closing is the best! By then everything is normally worked out and all that's left is the signing of the documents at the Title Company. We love this part, it means we've done our job and look forward to seeing our clients happy in their new home.
....With Sellers
- We start with the most accurate current market value of their home. This gives the sellers a good starting point for pricing their home.
- During the listing process we explain how we work with our clients to help them sell their home in the quickest time for the most money.
- Starting with measuring the home, helping our clients "stage" the home for the best presentation.
- We market to the public with the Welcome Home book, newspaper ads, TV home show, mall cheques, open houses and other ways. Marketing to realtors by flyers to all, email brochures and realtor tours can be successful.
- Our goal in working with sellers is to meet their exceptions in a reasonable time.
